A perfect day!
Today was one of those days that don’t come along very often. The weather was a perfect, sunny, Brissie day and as I live near the bay I decided to take the boys to Coochiemudlo island. A little island on beautiful Moreton Bay with a sandy beach only 5 mins from the mainland on a ferry. It’s on days like this, I remember why I love living in QLD.
They boys were so well-behaved and loved building sandcastles and splashing in the water. It’s great that they are at an age where they can play together. I must admit having two boys is great as they really get on well and don’t even fight that much! We then finished the day with an icecream and whiting fillets and chips. Even the food was yummy and really fresh.
Life is good. A great perk for being a Work at home mum - you can give yourself the day off because you’re the boss!

That sounds like an excellent day. I used to enjoy those with my ‘baby’ but he’s not as keen as he used to be. I do remember taking him to Coochiemudlo a couple of times when he was about 3. (Too long ago!)
Sounds great! The weather lately has been great for getting outdoors, bring on summer!
