My first workout…

Following on from my last post - today I had my first gym session. I have to say although I’m sore now, I felt great afterwards and it really does clear your head. So I really do recommend it for some quality ‘me’ time! It also gets me out the house, which is great for aWAHM, and I think gives you some perspective and stops you getting obsessed with your business!

So if you’re thinking of doing it, take the plunge and join the gym.

Now madmadmummy I know you’re watching… how do I get my blog feed to work   as I want to share!!!

Time for the Epsom Salts…

Yay! It always hurts after the first workout - it’s when you’re not hurting that you’re not working hard enough.

Good on you for taking some ‘me’ time. It is sometimes easy to lose ourselves when we have responsibilities to so many others. Hopefully it will hurt less next time…but then again, it’s always a great excuse to have a relaxing bath…Epsom Salts are a must :)
