Following on from my last post - today I had my first gym session. I have to say although I’m sore now, I felt great afterwards and it really does clear your head. So I really do recommend it for some quality ‘me’ time! It also gets me out the house, which is great for aWAHM, and I think gives you some perspective and stops you getting obsessed with your business!

Tired of feeling tired, unfit and lacking in energy I today took the plunge and joined the gym! I feel energised already at thought and yes I promise to go regularly. I thought it would be a good chance for ‘me time’ even if it ends up at some ungodly hour in the morning!

Hopefully I can work off some of the stress of combining work and kids and feel a bit of an endorphin hit. Well that’s the plan ...

My eldest son has been at it again and has learnt to cook himself a pie in the microwave and he’s only 3! I was busy doing my things when he comes in showing me he has cooked his own lunch. It was a bit cold in the middle (lack of patience - must get it from me) but otherwise done. My husband says he’s obviously neglected and has to fend for himself!...

Wow there really aren’t enough hours in a day! I’ve had a huge week since my business Nuvo Maternity was featured in the Courier Mail. The response was great and everyone has been really positive. Anyway you can read about it here if you’re interested - Born out of Necessity
